Oven Roasted Pirarucu Recipe

Ingredients for making oven-roasted Pirarucu:
500 grams of fresh pirarucu sliced or dried
2 chopped garlic cloves
200 milliliters of olive oil
3 units of medium potato
2 fresh thyme sprigs
1 fresh rosemary sprig
1 unit of finger pepper
salt
How to make oven-roasted Pirarucu:
The first step in making this roasted pirarucu recipe is to peel the potatoes, which will serve as an accompaniment to this dish, cut them into pieces and pre-cook them in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
After the previous step, arrange the fish slices and potatoes in a baking dish greased with oil. Mix the salt with the herbs and garlic, sprinkle over these ingredients and drizzle with the remaining oil.
Tip: If using dried pirarucu, soak overnight, change the water in the morning and let it soak again until cooking time.
Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 20 minutes. Remove and serve the roasted pirarucu in the oven, then accompany it with tropical salad or roasted pepper.
